If you want to owe people information, let it be to the Big Gun. No one gets any bigger than the MOE ! Haaha ... I or rather the institution I work in owes data to the MOE. And guess, which sucker has to compile the info ? As if it's some mystery, eh ?
So anyways, I am spending this good day trying to finish compiling the data due 2 Fridays ago. Wish me luck !
